I love red wine, But often times we have a few left overs from opened bottles- So I save them in the frig and when I have a half a pot (about two full bottles). I boil it just as I would if I were making spaghetti noodles- I follow the directions on the pasta package for cooking time- only difference is I use 100% wine rather then water. After the pasta is cooked I give it a light rinse and serve it immediately. My favorite way of having it is with grilled chicken, lemon grilled asparagus, a lite white wine cream sauce, red pasta noodles & a lil' fresh parm cheese...Yummy!!!
