Good ol’ Water
Water, without this magical liquid we can’t flush out toxins, enhance or maintain healthy bodies, prevent joint or muscle pains, or suppress our appetite to name a few!
Drink up, in fact most often times when I think I am hungry only to have mistaken it for thirst...this is often why I can tend to overeat...instead of giving my body what it really needs – water. Drinking water throughout the day is essential at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces. Most of us are not well hydrated throughout the day and this makes it difficult for our bodies to function at an optimal level, our bodies need water and lots of it...so drink up!
