Super Easy Tortilla with Avocado

Crock pot recipe below

2 boneless skinless chicken breast (diced), 3 Carrots, cut diagonally into thin slices, 1/4 chopped white onion, 2 cans organic reduced sodium chicken broth, 5 cups filtered water, 1 can organic black beans (rinsed), 1 can (10 ounce) organic tomatoes and green chiles (undrained),1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon ground cumin

*optional organic tortilla chips, fresh cilantro, avocado, lime

place all ingredients except *optional into crockpot. Give it a stir, cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve top with crushed tortilla chips, avocado, cilantro and lime
