Planning is the key...

Eat...Eat...Eat A rule of thumb...eating fresh you must remember might mean eating more, or shall I say more often. Your not putting foreign,additives or, non food A few great benefits of eating say 4-5 SMALL meals a day as oppose to 3 because your not starving yourself, you are less likely to overeat, your energy level usually stays consistent, and your satisfied throughout the day. Not to mention the benefits of improving your metabolism because it’s constantly working to digest your food more frequently and maintaining blood sugar levels. I would rather not allow my body to crash and have a feeling full or satisfied, and never allow it to be starving any day because it does prevent me from overeating. And remember we’re talking REAL food, and that means fresh vegetables which contain a high amount of fiber, which should give you that fuller feeling in your belly!
